We're hiring two people for this role: one Content Manager for Short-Form (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and one for YouTube (long-form). Both work the same way; the tracks differ in platform and in a few duties, marked below. Tell us which track you're applying for, or both.

About us

We are two brands in Dubai real estate. Forever Estates is a real estate advisory and brokerage for international investors, built on a YouTube-first content strategy. Patron is a mortgage brokerage for expats buying a home in the UAE. Content is how most of our clients find us, so this role sits at the centre of the business.

The role

Content Manager (Short-Form / YouTube)

You run our content pipeline across both brands, from spotting what works to a published, tested video. You own the process: every piece moves through research, scripting, filming, editing and publishing on time, and everyone knows what to do next.

What you'll do (both tracks)

Research and ideas

• Build and maintain a list of creators, channels and research tools worth tracking on your platform.
• Go through them regularly and collect what outperforms, and write down the core idea behind it and how it could work for our brands.
• Turn this into a ranked list of ideas.

Planning

• Present ideas to the Founder & CEO, who picks the topics.
• Prepare for and join alignment calls with our external growth partners, and document what was agreed.
• Brief our research team on what to analyse for each topic, and track it until it's ready.
• Write the first draft of the script once research is done.

Production

• After filming, organise footage in our folder structure.
• Assign editors and brief them clearly: format, script, key facts, footage and references.
